External auditor permissions

Note

By default, when an external auditor creates a request, they become a manager on the request. Even though they are a manager on the request, they cannot upload proof.

External auditors can do the following:

View and download proof linked to a request (if the request is in Submitted to auditor status)

  • Description

  • Due date

  • Notes

Link/delete attachments to/from a request they're a member of

Convert attachments to proof on requests they're a member of

X

Create an audit

X

Upload proof

X

Archive/unarchive an audit

X

View audits they aren't members of

X

View proof that isn't specifically uploaded for them

X

Delete proof

X
