Attachments on repeating tasks

  • You can add attachments to repeating tasks to help task assignees understand repeating tasks more effectively. Repeating task assignees can view these examples while working to provide the required proof.

  • Administrators, compliance managers, and users who are managers or contributors on a repeating task can add, view, download, delete, and convert attachments to proof.

  • If a repeating task is integrated with another system, such as Jira or Asana, attachments can't be viewed from the corresponding task in the third-party system. Attachments can only be accessed by opening the Hyperproof repeating task.

  • See Linking an attachment to a repeating task in the Help Center for more information.

Groups as risk assignees

  • You can assign risks to groups, continuing our rollout of groups across all Work items and objects.

  • See Assigning a user or group to a risk in the Help Center for more information.
