AI chatbot for help and support - GA

Hyperproof has incorporated a chatbot into our user interface to answer your questions directly in the product. The chatbot is an AI-based agent trained on the Hyperproof help center and is available in Hyperproof US and Hyperproof EU. Additional details:

  • The AI agent summarizes answers from the help center and provides links to the source content, allowing you to access the full help articles.

  • If the agent can't answer your question, there's a Get more help option that provides instructions for asking a question in the Community or opening a support case.

Important

The AI agent is not trained using your input or questions, only on the help center contents.

Vendor questionnaire emails

  • Emails generated by the vendor module now include the name of the vendor for easier recognition and improved data clarity. Note that this doesn't impact Hyperproof Gov per FedRAMP guidelines.

  • Secure Control Framework version December 2024 is now available. It Includes controls and a crosswalk to jumpstart the program.

  • Microsoft SSPA version 10 is now available. It includes controls and a crosswalk.

Addressed issues

  • Fixed an issue where the pop-up message displayed when a user uploads proof displayed the wrong user as the person who uploaded that proof. (Case # 00008837)

  • Fixed a display issue when importing controls where the import window showed the Scopes column as Scope and showed custom field names in lowercase even if they started with a capital letter in the CSV file. (Case # 00009043)

  • Fixed an issue with incorrect messages in the Activity Feed when an auditor unlinked proof added to a request via a Jira. The message stated that User X removed Y proof via Jira when the user actually removed the proof from within Hyperproof. (Case # 00009104)

  • Fixed an issue when generating the Okta List of Users with MFA Settings proof where the Hypersync timed out. Hyperproof added a new filter to resolve the issue, allowing you to limit users based on alphabetical ranges for their last names. (Case # 00009273)

  • Fixed an issue in Settings > Integrations >Jira > Settings where the connection URL for Jira was cut off on the display. (Case # 00009283)

  • Fixed an issue where a user couldn't highlight text in a field on the Controls > Test tab using the mouse. (Case # 00009306)

  • Fixed an issue on the Overview window where clicking the Passed link in the Automated tests widget generated an unexpected error due to the large number of tests passed. (Case # 00009389)

  • Fixed an issue when linking proof to an object, such as an audit request, where users who were asked if they wanted to link the proof to a label could select Skip and don't ask again but then could never undo that option. Hyperproof now provides two options when linking proof: Add proof and Add Proof and Label.  (Case # 00009465)

  • Fixed an issue exporting multiple labels where the label description was not included in the export when the user selected XLSX format. (Case # 00009488)

  • Fixed an issue modifying a vendor name where an error was generated if the change consisted only of changing the capitalization of the vendor name. (Case # 00009492)

  • Fixed an issue with user permissions where a user who inherited access to a control as a contributor was not upgraded to a manager when added to the same control as a part of a group designated as managers. (Case # 00009505)

  • Fixed an issue where filtering proof versions by date to bulk delete some versions generated an unknown error. (Case # 00009506)

  • Fixed an issue on the control health widget found on the control Details tab when running in the Firefox browser where the drop-down menus for fields such as Testing status and Automation wouldn't close after a user made a selection. (Case # 00009513)

  • Fixed an issue updating connection credentials under Settings > Connected Accounts, where the authentication window for the connection displayed briefly and then disappeared before the user could enter credentials (Case # 00009519)

  • Fixed an issue where deleted versions of proof were still included in the version count on the Proof Preview > Details panel. Clicking Sync now in an attempt to correct the count generated an error. (Case # 00009506)

  • Fixed an issue when conducting an access review where modifying the reviewer to Direct Manager under the Details tab for a specific application generated an unexpected error. (Case # 00009548)

  • Fixed an issue with the Program definition widget on the program dashboard where requirements marked Not applicable were still affecting the percentage completed. (Case # 00009531)

  • Fixed an issue where external auditors couldn't approve audit requests. (Case # 00009567, 00009570, 00009572, 00009577, 00009578, 00009581)

  • Fixed an issue where Hyperproof users who were not external auditors and were members of an audit request but not members of the audit couldn't change the status or fields for a request. (Case # 00009576, 00009577)

  • Fixed an issue with the Hypersync for Datadog proof, List of Monitors, where the proof didn't include tags for the monitors. (Case # 00009574)

  • Fixed an issue where the sign out option was hidden when a user was logged in to Hyperproof under an account with a blank last name. (Case # 00009580)

  • Fixed an issue with audit requests where users couldn't access proof that came from Google Drive. (Case # 00009560)

  • Fixed an issue with the Hypersync for Okta proof, List of Users, where the proof displayed incorrect domain information. (Case # 00009606)

  • Fixed an issue where an error was generated intermittently when refreshing an evaluation detail window. (Case # 00009611)

  • Fixed an issue attempting to open Work items > Requests where requests didn't load and an error was generated after several minutes. (Case # 00009616, 00009620)

  • Fixed an issue where filtering the list of controls and then exporting the list in .xlsx format generated an Export failed pop-up message and the file was not exported. (Case # 00009618)

  • Fixed an issue with the Hypersync for KnowBe4 proof, Training Campaigns, where only 10 campaigns were included in the proof when more existed. (Case # 00009602)

  • Fixed an issue authenticating when using the Hyperproof SDK in a Mac environment where the authentication process was skipping the consent screen. (Case # 00009631, 00009663, 00009667)

  • Fixed an issue where links in request notification emails took the recipient to the specific request, but the request list didn't load in the left panel. (Case # 00009632)

  • Fixed an issue where updating credentials for Jira server from the Settings > Connected accounts page generated an error. (Case # 00009627)
