Proof

  • Proof exports - Improved the proof bulk export feature to batch large export jobs into multiple files for more reliable and efficient data exports. Exports will now occur in batches of 1GB, up to 5GB at a time. (Case # 00010096)

  • Proof grid - The proof grid now supports new paging and select-all functionality to improve performance with large proof lists.

Hypersyncs and integrations

  • Updated! Hypersync for AWS: Security Hub - Findings proof. Added new fields: Finding ID, First Observed, Age (Days), Region. Removed the Created At field. (First Observed is the preferred field)

  • Updated! Hypersync for AWS: Backup - Backup Jobs proof.  Added new fields: Recovery Point ARN, Backup Plan ID, Backup Rule ID, and Snapshot ID

  • Updated! Hypersync AWS: Backup - Backup Plan Details proof. Added new field: Rule ID.

  • Updated! Hypersync for Azure. Resource group filtering settings now support the ability to select All resource groups for the following proof types:

    • Network Gateway: List of Virtual Network Gateways

    • Resources: Azure Activity Logs

  • Fixed an issue where updating the Azure Client Secret in the Azure integration caused Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to fail. (Case # 00010726, 00011603)

  • Fixed an issue in repeating task templates where updating the "Starts repeating" date from a future date to the current date or a past date failed to trigger immediate task creation. (Case # 00011513)

  • Fixed an issue in the Policies module where an administrator who joined a policy as a contributor could not export the policy without manually reloading the page. (Case # 00011550)

  • Fixed an issue where performance delays occurred when creating, viewing, or updating the status of tasks within scoped controls. (Case # 00011539)

  • Fixed an issue in the Audits module where users encountered an unexpected error when attempting to upload proof directly to a request. (Case # 00011614)

  • Fixed an issue in the Hypersync for Intune List of Configurations proof type that caused the sync process to return blank results. (Case # 00011630)

  • Fixed an issue where selecting a linked label as a proof source for a request caused a 504 timeout error. (Case # 00011654)

  • Fixed an issue in the Hypersync for BambooHR where BambooHR proof types failed to return data. (Case # 00011677)

  • Fixed an issue where applying multiple filters to a request list caused the Request ID and Reference columns to sort incorrectly. (Case # 00011697, 00011699, 00011704, 00011714)

  • Fixed an issue where sorting audit requests by the Assignee column caused duplicate entries to appear in the grid view. (Case # 00011701, 00011702)

  • Fixed an issue where filtering requests with multiple reference values failed to return any results. (Case # 00011703)

  • Fixed an issue where some users' IP addresses were blocked, and an RBAC: access denied error was generated when trying to log in to Hyperproof. Note: If you encounter this error, contact Hyperproof Support to have your IP address removed from Hyperproof's block list. This list is in place to guard against IP addresses that may have been used for malicious activity before being recycled and assigned to you. (Case # 00011766)
