Added

Filtering support when selecting the app for a Hypersync. When you configure a new Hypersync, you can filter the list of apps by app name, App ID, or category, such as Ticketing or Accounting.

Improved

Hypersyncs and integrations

  • New! 6 Hypersyncs in the Accounting category, including: Clear Books, FreeAgent, FreshBooks, Moneybird, NetSuite, Wave Financial

  • Updated! Hypersync for Gusto: This updated Hypersync replaces a previously included Hypersync based on the Finch integration platform. Note that this Hypersync is not supported in Hyperproof EU and Hyperproof Gov.

  • Updated! Hypersync for Azure VM: Added the Secure Boot Enabled (Y/N) field to the List of Virtual Machines proof type.

  • Updated! Hypersync for Coupa: Added the List of Risks proof type.

    • Make sure you have added the riskassess.evaluation.read scope to the client in the Coupa dashboard.

    • To access this new proof type, you must reauthenticate the Coupa connection by updating your connection credentials and scopes on the Connected accounts window. See Fixing an unhealthy connection in Managing Hypersync connection health.

  • Updated! Hypersync for Microsoft Intune: Added the List of Users proof type. This proof type is also available as a User Access List in the Access Reviews module. To use this new proof type:

    • Make sure you have the User.Read.All  scope added to the Intune role assigned to the user credentials used by the Hypersync connection.

    • You must reauthenticate the Microsoft Intune connection by updating your connection credentials on the Connected accounts window. See Fixing an unhealthy connection in Managing Hypersync connection health.

Addressed issues

  • Fixed a user interface issue in the Risk Mapping heatmap where Y-axis labels would scroll with the page instead of remaining fixed when viewing risks with long descriptions. (Case # 00010574)

  • Fixed an issue where the status of a submitted task did not update to reflect that the approval process had started without requiring a manual browser refresh. (Case # 00011236, 00011501)

  • Fixed an issue in the Hypersync for Okta where rate-limiting errors occurred when syncing proof files. (Case # 00010986, 00011095)

  • Fixed an issue where limited access users encountered an error when clicking the breadcrumb of a parent control they did not have permission to view. (Case # 00011098)

  • Fixed an issue in the Vendor module where vendor risk level updates were incorrectly logged in the activity feed when the dropdown menu was opened without a selection being made. (Case # 00011264)

  • Fixed an issue in the SCIM integration where Microsoft Entra ID was not correctly promoting contacts to managed users during the synchronization process. (Case # 00011332)

  • Fixed an issue where an expired client secret for the Microsoft Office 365 integration caused login failures for non-administrator users attempting to log in to Hyperproof. (Case # 00011384)

  • Fixed an issue where some tasks were not correctly showing their ServiceNow integration status or syncing data as expected. (Case # 00011433)

  • Fixed an issue where viewing proof attached to a label resulted in an unexpected error. (Case # 00011492)

  • Fixed an issue where extreme latency in the Assessments module prevented users from efficiently loading and interacting with evaluations and activity feeds. (Case # 00011547)

  • Fixed an issue in the Assessments module where clicking a control link within an evaluation resulted in an error page for scoped controls. (Case # 00011509)

  • Fixed an issue where residual risk values for linked risks were not displayed in the Control Links tab. (Case # 00011569)

  • Fixed an issue where non-administrator users were prompted for SSO authentication instead of multi-factor authentication (MFA) during the login process, even when MFA was required. (Case # 00011603)

  • Fixed an issue where users in Hyperproof EU couldn't configure some of the new Ticketing Hypersyncs, such as the Hypersync for Freshservice and the Hypersync for Remote. (Case # 00011606)

  • Fixed an issue in the Link Objects window where the description field was not visible for labels and issues, making it difficult for users to identify and select the correct objects. (Case # 00011610)

  • Fixed an issue in the Proof module where filtering by both "Uploaded by" and "Uploaded on" incorrectly applied logic that included more items for deletion than were displayed in the list. (Case # 00011653)
