Release Notes - 2023-JUN-08

Added

Tasks

  • Tasks now have an explicit facepile that identifies who has direct and/or inherited access and allows users to be added/removed.

  • How it works:

    • Assignees are given the contributor role.

      • The contributor role has limited access to the task, more so than with other objects. Contributors can: add proof, leave a comment, change the status, and reassign to another person. They cannot: edit any other fields, add a task integration, add another contributor via the facepile, or make changes to member roles.

    • The task creator is given the manager role.

    • Additionally, managers of the target object inherit the manager role on the task; similarly, contributors of the target object inherit the contributor role.

    • When assigning a task to a contact, the contact experience is unchanged from before.

Improved

Hypersyncs and integrations

  • Added a scrollbar to the list of statuses in the Jira configuration user interface so that the Jira integration is still feasible to configure for organizations that have many statuses.

Program frameworks

  • New framework: ISO 21434:2021. This framework addresses the cybersecurity perspective in the engineering of electrical and electronic (E/E) systems within road vehicles. By ensuring appropriate consideration of cybersecurity, this document aims to enable the engineering of E/E systems to keep up with state-of-the-art technology and evolving attack methods.

  • New framework: IBM Cloud Framework for Financial Services. This framework is designed to help address the needs of financial services institutions with regulatory compliance, security, and resiliency during the initial deployment phase and with ongoing operations.

  • New framework version: PCI v4 SAQ A.

  • New framework version: BSI C5 v2020.
