Added
NEW! Policy module - Early access!
The new Policy module is now available for early access and is limited to 10-15 customers who agree to a sync meeting every two weeks to provide feedback.
For this release, policy document editing is done outside of Hyperproof. Users can create, edit, and collaborate using cloud-based systems like Google Docs or Microsoft SharePoint, which are synced into Hyperproof via LiveSync. Other LiveSync options include Dropbox, OneDrive for Business, OneDrive, Box, Amazon S3, and Confluence.
Current capabilities:
Source of truth for policy - Hyperproof can now be the central repository for all of your organization's effective policies and retired or archived versions of policies.
Approval workflow - A new version of a policy can be approved using Hyperproof with built-in notifications and reminders for the approvers. Proof of approval is automatically generated.
Audit readiness - Policy documents and supporting proof can be submitted via audit requests.
Links to other objects in Hyperproof - Controls can be mapped to a policy document to track how the policy is implemented. Issues can be linked to a policy document to track exceptions.
See Policy Management Module in the Ideas portal.
See Policies for more information.
NEW! AI chatbot for help and support - Early access!
This release introduces Fin, an AI-based agent trained on the Hyperproof help center. This agent allows users to access help and support knowledge from the Chat with agent button in the in the lower-right corner of the app. Users can interact with the agent from the chat window by asking questions. Customers who are interested in providing feedback on Fin should reach out to their CSM.
The AI agent summarizes answers from the Hyperproof help center and provides links to the source content, enabling a deep dive into the full help articles.
If the agent is unable to answer a question, there's a Get more help option that provides pathways to asking a question in the Community or opening a support case.
Important: The AI agent is only trained on Hyperproof product help and support content. No user input or questions typed by the user will be used to train the AI agent.
