Program frameworks
EU AI Act is now available as a program - The EU AI Act is a pioneering regulation aiming to ensure the safe and ethical use of artificial intelligence across the European Union. It categorizes AI systems based on risk levels—ranging from minimal to unacceptable—and imposes strict requirements on high-risk applications to safeguard human rights, privacy, and safety.
Includes controls provided by our partner YDC AI Governance.
ISO 26262 is now available as a program - ISO 26262 is an international standard that ensures the functional safety of electrical and electronic systems in road vehicles throughout the entire safety life cycle, from concept to production. The Hyperproof program integrates Standards 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 of ISO 26262, which provide essential compliance requirements for automotive safety processes. Other standards within ISO 26262 offer guidance and definitions and are not included in this program. Any non-applicable requirements can be marked as not applicable. This approach helps automotive manufacturers and suppliers develop reliable and safe vehicle systems effectively.
Includes controls as restatements of requirements.
Addressed issues
Fixed an issue where evaluations were not listed in order in the Assessment DOCX document. (Case # 00008931, 00009223)
Fixed an issue where archived requirements were displayed when linking program requirements to audit requests. Only active requirements should display. (Case # 00008810)
Fixed the Control import window to include information on the Scopes field and updated the sample CSV to include the Scopes column. (Case # 00009043)
Fixed an issue where the Hypersync for Okta generated rate-limiting errors. (Case # 00009064)
Fixed the tool tip in the configuration window for the Hypersync for AWS List of Accounts proof to display the correct number of accounts. (Case # 00009170)
Fixed an issue linking existing evaluations to issues where the ID and description column data for the evaluations was truncated. (Case # 00009295)
Fixed an issue where an administrator user with manager permissions couldn't set a task status to Closed for tasks reassigned from a deactivated user. (Case # 00009322)
Fixed an issue importing questionnaires where duplicate question IDs were not allowed during import but were allowed during export and when adding questions via the user interface. With this update, you can import questionnaires with duplicate question IDs as long as the IDs are in separate sections. (Case # 00009338)
Fixed an issue where you could create a custom field with the same name as a Hyperproof system field, which caused imports containing that custom field to fail. (Case # 0009313)
Fixed an evaluation display issue where the column order was changed from the default order. A custom field was hidden when a specific evaluation was highlighted in this case. (Case # 00009363)
Fixed an issue where users with Viewer access to proof couldn't link that proof to other objects. (Case # 00009163)
Fixed the error message displayed when attempting to delete a multi-select or single-select custom field value from the list of values. Previously, an "unexpected error" was generated. Now, the error indicates that you can't delete the value because it is in use. (Case # 00009403)
Fixed an issue where importing existing evaluations to update data failed because the import matched the incoming evaluations with evaluations that were archived instead of active evaluations. (Case # 00009401)
Fixed an issue where working in Firefox and copying bulleted text into a rich text field, such as a task description, caused the text to be deleted. Note that text is copied into rich text fields as plain text, and all formatting is automatically removed to prevent malicious content from being saved in Hyperproof. (Case # 00009356)
Fixed an issue where scrolling through the risks grid view displayed records very slowly. (Case # 00009410)
Fixed an issue where Hyperproof generated an unexpected error when opening repeating tasks on controls. (Case # 00009431)
Fixed an issue where Control exports didn't include custom field values for multi-line text fields. (Case # 00009438, 00009439, 00009446, 00009447)
Fixed an issue where health calculations on controls with scopes assignments were very slow, causing time-outs. (Case # 00009442)
Fixed an issue where questionnaires didn't send successfully for a user with manager permissions for both the vendor and the questionnaire. (Case # 00009358)
