Setting a group lead
Roles and permissions
The following roles can set a group lead:
Administrators
Compliance managers
The group lead is the main point of contact for a particular group.
Note
Setting a group lead is optional. Groups can exist without a designated lead.
From the left menu, select Settings.
Select the People tab.
Select the Groups tab.
Locate the group you want to edit, then click Edit.
The Edit group window opens.
Locate the user you want to make group lead, then click the arrow next to their name.
Select Set as group lead.
The group lead is now set.
Note
If a group lead is deactivated, the group can either be assigned a new lead or function without one.
If a group member is deactivated and they are the individual assignee, the group lead becomes the individual assignee. If there is no group lead, the individual who deactivated the user chooses the assignee.
