Hyperproof and Google Drive
Hyperproof’s Google Drive integration allows for automatic and continuous import from your instance of Drive into Hyperproof. This ensures that proof imported into Hyperproof is always up-to-date and in-sync with the source proof stored in your Drive folder.
How to connect Hyperproof to Google Drive
The connection can be made in any instance of the Proof Picker. The steps below walk you through connecting Hyperproof to Drive via the Proof tab.
Note
Hyperproof checks for updates to files and folders nightly. You can manually trigger an update by viewing the proof via the Proof tab.
From the left menu, select Proof.
Click Add proof.
The Proof Picker opens.
Below Add integration, click the Drive icon.
The Sign in window opens.
Select the Google account you want to connect to Hyperproof, enter your password, and then click Next.
Click Allow.
Select the file(s) or folder(s) you want to sync. If you don’t see the file or folder, use the search box to locate it. If you don’t want Hyperproof to sync the entire contents of a folder, click the folder name and then select the file or files you want to sync.
Note
Hyperproof does not sync folders within folders (sub-folders). To sync sub-folders, you must select them individually.
Mark the LiveSync checkbox. This feature automatically keeps your proof up-to-date by ensuring that any changes you make to the source file(s) or folder(s) are reflected in Hyperproof.
Note
If you turn LiveSync off for a particular piece of proof within a folder, LiveSync is disabled on all pieces of proof in that folder.
Click Add proof.
Hyperproof is now connected to Google Drive.
