Managing organizational-level Slack notifications

By default, you'll receive both email and Slack notifications. If you don’t want to receive Slack notifications for a particular item, clear the checkbox.

Note

Notifications can only be managed by each user individually. Notifications can't be turned on or off globally for all users.

  1. From the left menu, select Settings.

  2. Select Notifications.

  3. Scroll to the Slack section and click the Click here to connect link.

    The Connect to Slack window displays.

  4. Click the Connect button.

    The Slack permissions window displays.

  5. Review the permissions and click Allow to complete the Slack connection configuration.

  6. Under Slack - I want to be notified via Slack when... toggle on or off the following notifications:
