Deleting proof versions
Roles and permissions
The following roles can delete proof versions:
Administrators with manager or contributor permissions for the proof.
Compliance managers with manager permissions for the proof can delete old versions of proof, but not the most recent version.
Users with manager permissions for the proof, can delete old versions of proof, but not the most recent version.
Using automation, such as Hypersyncs and LiveSync, or manually by uploading the latest version of a piece of proof allows you to keep your proof up to date. Over time you may collect multiple versions of the same piece of proof. If you no longer need outdated versions of some of your proof, you can delete specific versions of the proof without deleting the proof entirely.
Note
Policy documents can't be deleted.
If you delete the most recent version of the proof all other versions of the same proof are also deleted and any links to other objects are removed.
Compliance managers and
To delete one or more versions of proof:
From the left menu, select Proof.
Use the filters or the Search field, to reduce the number of records displayed.
Click the the Expand proof versions checkbox.
Past versions of the selected proof display in the list.
Select the checkboxes for the proof versions you want to delete.
Click Delete.
The Delete proof confirmation window displays indicating the number of records to be deleted.
Select the I understand this cannot be undone checkbox.
Click Delete all selected proof.
