Unlinking a Jira issue from a Hyperproof task
Roles and permissions
The following roles can unlink a Jira task from a Hyperproof task:
Anyone with manager or contributor permissions on the task
Limited access users cannot unlink a Jira issue from a Hyperproof task
Removing (or unlinking) a Jira issue from a Hyperproof task does not close or remove the task—it only removes the Jira link.
Open the task.
Hover over the Jira integration link, and then click the Unlink icon.
The Unlink Jira issue window opens.
Click Remove.
The Jira issue is unlinked from the task.
