Adding or removing proof for an access review

Roles and permissions

The following roles can edit proof for an access review:

  • Administrators with manager permissions for the access review

  • Compliance managers with manager permissions for the access review

  • Users with manager permissions for the access review

You add, view, or remove proof for an access review from the access review Proof tab. Typically, proof is generated from the information in the access review, but additional proof can be added manually. For example, if you need to prove that the users in the system are the users that were reviewed, you could add a screenshot of the user list as proof.

To add proof:

  1. From the left menu, select Access reviews.

  2. Select the access review where you want to add proof.

  3. Select the Proof tab.

  4. Click the Add proof button.

  5. Use the Proof Picker to select any proof you want to add and click Add proof.

To remove proof:

  1. From the left menu, select Access reviews.

  2. Select the access review where you want to remove proof.

  3. Select the Proof tab.

  4. Select one or more checkboxes for the proof you want to remove.

  5. Click Unlink.

    The proof is removed from the access review.
