Hyperproof instances
Hyperproof is a Cloud platform hosted in the United States and Europe. Depending on the configuration of your network, you may need to add some of these IP addresses to your allowlist for successful communications.

Hyperproof API
End users who access the developer page and applications that leverage the Hyperproof API must be able to access the following:

Considerations
When an organization is created, it is hosted in the instance you requested. The default instance is Hyperproof US.
When using a Hyperproof Hypersync to connect to an application that is privately hosted you must add the Hyperproof IP address for your Hyperproof instance to your allowlist.
When using the Hyperproof task integration feature for bidirectional task synchronization, if the task manager is privately hosted, you must add the Hyperproof IP address for your Hyperproof instance to your allowlist. Supported task managers include Jira, Asana, and ServiceNow. See Integrations for more information on other application integrations.

Snowflake is a third-party application used by Hyperproof to replicate and host data for Self-service reporting. Each Hyperproof instance has a corresponding Snowflake data warehouse hosted in the same or similar region as follows:
Hyperproof US - the Snowflake data warehouse is hosted in Azure Region: West US 2 Washington.
Hyperproof EU - the Snowflake data warehouse is hosted in Azure Region: West Europe Netherlands.
Hyperproof Gov - the Snowflake data warehouse is hosted in Azure Region: West US 2 Washington.
Migration
If you need to move your Hyperproof organization to a different Hyperproof instance, contact your CSM for assistance.
