If you import a list of users, the current list is deleted. Any work you have done to indicate that you have reviewed or updated user access is deleted.

Clears the selected checkboxes.

Displays only when one or more checkboxes are selected.

Reviewer

Opens the Edit reviewer window and allows you to change the reviewer for the selected users. The reviewer reviews user access and indicates whether or not it should be changed.

Displays only when one or more checkboxes are selected.

Sysadmin

Opens the Edit sysadmin window and allows you to change the sysadmin for the selected user. The sysadmin updates user access in the application itself and attests in Hyperproof that the update has been done.

Displays only when one or more checkboxes are selected.

Checkbox

Select one or more checkboxes to bulk edit the Reviewer or Sysadmin fields.

Email

The email address of the user. This field is used to match the user record in the user access list with the employee record in the directory.

Matching user records with employee records provides additional data to the access review grid, such as job title and department information.

Username

The application-specific username or login if email is not used.

Owner

The full name of the user who owns this account. If email is not available, Hyperproof uses this field to attempt to match this record with an employee record in the directory.

Role

Role assigned to the user for this application, such as user or administrator. Role names are determined by the application.

Roles will vary depending on the application.

Groups

List of groups this user belongs to if groups are used to configure permissions. Because this field is part of a CSV file, you must either use a character like a semicolon to separate groups or use commas but enclose the entire field in double quotes. Examples: group1;group2;group3 or "group1,group2,group3"

Reviewer

The person assigned to review a user access record.

Sysadmin

The person assigned to update a user's access in the application being reviewed and attest to the update in Hyperproof.

Last login

The last time this user logged into the application being reviewed. Use this date to locate accounts that are no longer being used.

Note

Dates on imported records are parsed based on the date formats associated with your locale. If no valid date can be determined, Hyperproof displays an error. See Data interpreted by browser locale for a list of supported locales.
