Refreshing an application user list using a Hypersync

Roles and permissions

The following roles can update an application user list for an access review:

  • Administrators with manager permissions for the access review

  • Compliance managers with manager permissions for the access review

  • Users with manager permissions for the access review

To refresh an application user list for an access review, synchronize the Hypersync associated with the application user list you want to update. Keep in mind that the access review status must be In setup to refresh the user list. For more status information see, Setting access review status.

Warning

Re-importing an application user list deletes the existing list and any associated review work that may have already been done.

  1. From the left menu, select Access reviews.

  2. Select the access review you are setting up.

  3. Select the Setup tab.

  4. Under Applications to review click the name of the application entry you want to refresh.

    The Details tab displays.

  5. Hover over the connection card for the Hypersync and select the ...(More) menu.

  6. From the menu, select Sync now.

You can also sync the application user list by selecting the application's People tab and clicking the Sync now link.
