Hyperproof's AI support agent, powered by Intercom, is a powerful addition to our suite of compliance automation tools. Our support agent is designed to deliver fast, human-quality support while upholding the highest standards of data security.

How we protect your data
We don't use your organization's data in the AI support agent.
Data processing with a clear purpose
The AI support agent is designed to process your questions and our help center information only to generate relevant responses. It uses the information available in Hyperproof's help center without extracting or permanently storing any private or proprietary data. In practice, your sensitive information is never used to train or improve the underlying AI models.
Temporary Data Retention for Abuse Monitoring
While the support agent processes your queries in real time, anything sent to our AI service provider as part of the query is retained only briefly—typically for a maximum of 30 days—to monitor for potential abuse or misuse. Once this period lapses, the data is automatically deleted, ensuring that your long-term data privacy is maintained.
Robust Encryption Standards
All data exchanged between you, our support agent, and the Hyperproof platform is encrypted in transit and at rest using state-of-the-art 256-bit encryption protocols. This means that whether your data is being transmitted over the internet or stored in our systems, it is protected against unauthorized access.

If you prefer not to use the Hyperproof AI support agent, it can be turned off for your organization. Contact your account manager or customer success manager for help turning off the support agent.
