You’ll encounter these capabilities through the AI Assistant (ask questions and act), Global AI Search (find and relate anything instantly), and our AI Support agent (detailed answers from our help center).

Hyperproof's AI assistant

With our AI assistant, compliance managers can:

  • Query data and visualize insights instantly – Ask natural language questions like "Which controls don’t have recent proof?" and see results in clear, actionable charts. See Hyperproof AI analytics

  • Summarize and locate proof – AI quickly finds relevant evidence, creates concise summaries, and helps users attach it directly to the right controls. See Hyperproof AI proof summaries

  • Automate work item creation – When action is needed, our AI assistant generates tasks, repeating tasks, and issues with clear assignees, deadlines, and context, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. See Hyperproof work item creation agent

    Note

    When referencing a control or label to create a work item by object name or ID, the Assistant may experience longer wait times or errors in more complex organizations with a high control and/or label count. Hyperproof is aware of this issue and is working on a fix.

    Note

    After a user provides all the required details to create a work item, the Assistant shows a confirmation card. This gives the user a chance to review and confirm or edit the new work item before it’s created. However, this can make the chat window "busy" (with more than 10 messages).

    If a confirmation isn’t resolved, the Assistant might mistakenly apply it to the next work item. To avoid this, we recommend confirming or rejecting each work item right away before moving on to the next one.
