Starting a project with a Risk AI questionnaire

This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.

When you have added your Risk AI questionnaire to a workflow using the Risk AI component and added the workflow to a project type, you are ready to start your project. For more information, see Risk AI questionnaires and vendor collaboration.

  1. From the menu, select Projects.

    The list of configured projects displays.

  2. Click +New Project.

    The Project Information window displays.

  3. Click the dropdown in the Project Type field and select the workflow containing your Risk AI questionnaire.

  4. Click the dropdown in the Vendor Name field and select one or more vendors who should receive the questionnaire.

  5. In the Project Name field, enter a name for your project. Note that you can leave the default name generated by the system.

  6. Click Start Project.

    The Risk AI questionnaire you configured displays.

  7. If necessary, you can edit the questions or add new sections and questions. Changes to the questionnaire when it is displayed inside the project are not saved in the source questionnaire.

  8. Click Next.

    The Share with vendors window displays.

  9. If you added more than one vendor to the project, you must select a single vendor to configure sharing options. Click on a vendor icon to select it. You can return later to send the questionnaire to the next vendor.

  10. If the vendor has contacts configured, select a contact. If the vendor doesn't have contacts configured, enter the Name, Email address, and response deadline for the vendor contact who should receive the questionnaire, and click Save.

  11. Click Invite Vendor.

    The Share via email window displays.

  12. Review the message in the body of the email and update the text if necessary, then click Send.

    An email is sent to the vendor contact with a link they can use to access the questionnaire.
