Generate a questionnaire with AI

This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.
Use AI to generate a questionnaire based on a detailed prompt that outlines your questionnaire requirements. When generating a questionnaire using AI, keep in mind the following:
Refining Prompts - For customized questionnaires, use clear and specific language in your prompts to enhance AI output accuracy.
Template Adjustments - After generation, you may edit the template to better match the intended use before finalizing.
From the menu, select Settings.
Select Questionnaires.
The Questionnaires window displays.
From the left menu, select General Questionnaires.
Click Add New >.
From the menu, select Generate using AI.
The Expent AI window displays.
Complete the blank prompt field at the bottom of the window by doing one of the following:
Enter a detailed outline of your questionnaire requirements in the prompt field.
Click one of the canned prompt options at the top of the window.
Click the Send button in the prompt field.
Review the AI-generated content. If you are not satisfied, enter an updated prompt in the field at the bottom of the window and click Regenerate.
When you are satisfied, click Create Template.
A new window displays.
Enter a title for the new questionnaire and click Create.
The Questionnaire Builder displays.
