SAP SuccessFactors proof types and permissions

This Hypersync is not supported in Hyperproof Gov.

When you configure a Hypersync for SAP SuccessFactors on a control or label, you can automatically collect the following proof types:

Requirements

To connect to SAP SuccessFactors and collect proof, your SAP SuccessFactors configuration must meet the following requirements.

  • You must be an administrator in SAP SuccessFactors.

  • API Server URL - To locate:

    1. Navigate to the List of SAP SuccessFactors API server URLs and search for the environment that matches your subdomain. For example, if your domain is https://salesdemo4.successfactors.com, search for salesdemo4.

    2. Copy the entire URL and paste it into the connection window when configuring your SAP SuccessFactors connection.

  • Company ID - To locate:

    1. In SAP SuccessFactors, hover over your profile picture and click Show Version Information.

      Note

      Your username displays in parentheses next to your name.

    2. Copy the company ID from the window displayed and save it in a secure location.

Note

Hyperproof connects to many third-party systems that frequently change, including the system interface. Contact your System Administrator or the third-party provider for assistance in meeting the requirements to integrate with Hyperproof and collect the proof you need.

Connection configuration

When you configure a Hypersync for SAP SuccessFactors the first time, you must provide the following information:

  • API Server URL

  • User Name

  • Company ID

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

The first time you run this Hypersync, it may take up to 24 hours to load all employee data.

Note

You only need to connect Hyperproof to the app once, and then you can create as many Hypersyncs as you need.

Additionally, you can create multiple Hypersyncs for a single control or label.
