Which work items are supported?
Users can create tasks, repeating tasks, and issues via the Agent.
How can I ensure my work items include the right information? What if the work item details are wrong?
Once the Agent has the required data needed to create the work item, it responds with the proposed work item and its details. If you’d like to edit or add any of the fields provided, simply respond to the agent in natural language and request the changes you’d like to make.
Does the Agent support groups as assignees?
Assignees as groups are not supported at this time.
Does the Agent support custom fields?
Custom field are not supported at this time.
What fields are required to create a task?
The following fields are required to create a task conversationally: task title, due date, target, and assignee. The Agent supports creating tasks on controls and labels. For example, you can say: "Create a new task for user John Smith called Collect board meeting minutes due on September 24, 2025".
What fields are required to create a repeating task?
The following fields are required to create a repeating task conversationally: task title, assignee, due date, and repetition basis. At this time, the Agent supports creating a repeating task conversationally triggered on a schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannually, and annually).
The Agent supports creating repeating tasks on controls and labels. For example, you can say: "Create a new repeating task for user John Smith called Collect board meeting minutes due on September 24, 2025, repeating monthly".
What fields are required to create an issue?
The following fields are required to create an issue conversationally: summary of the issue, issue source (e.g. a control), and assignee. The Agent supports creating issues on controls. For example, you can say: "Create a new issue for user John Smith called Collect board meeting minutes".
How can a work item be edited or deleted via the Agent?
Editing or deleting a work item is not supported at this time.
How can I reference an object (control, label, etc.) for the Agent to target for my work item?
The Agent can create a work item on an object in one of two ways:
Directly naming the control or label: "Create a repeating task on Control 1234".
Referencing the item while it's in view: "[while viewing control 1234] Create a repeating task for this control".
How can I provide feedback on the work item creation agent?
Feedback should be provided directly to Hyperproof using the provided feedback mechanisms. Generally, the most helpful feedback is to provide Hyperproof with the desired output of the model so we can tune the work item creation agent accordingly.
