Adding a new dashboard

This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.

  1. From the menu, select Settings.

  2. Click Dashboards & Widgets.

  3. From the left menu, select Dashboards.

  4. Click the +New Dashboard button.

    The Create New Dashboard window displays.

  5. In the Name field, enter a name for the dashboard. This field is required.

  6. In the Embed Dashboard field, select a page where the dashboard will display. These pages are catalog types.

  7. Enter a description. This field is optional.

  8. Click Next.

    The Dashboard builder is displayed.

Adding elements to the dashboard

Use the buttons at the top of the dashboard builder to insert widgets, tables, action cards, or buttons into the dashboard.

You can also use the + Add Button option to add triggers to your dashboard. The new buttons you create can serve multiple purposes, including:

  • Starting a new project

  • Redirecting users to other pages

  • Displaying informational popups

  • Redirecting to another dashboard

Use the Add section option to create sections with specific names to organize content on the dashboard. Once a section is created, you can add widgets, tables, action cards, or buttons inside that section.
