Refreshing an application user list

Roles and permissions

The following roles can update an application user list for an access review:

  • Administrators with manager permissions for the access review

  • Compliance managers with manager permissions for the access review

  • Users with manager permissions for the access review

If you need to update an application user list that you created earlier in the setup process, you can import an updated CSV or sync the associated Hypersync. Keep in mind that this process deletes the existing application user list information, and then adds the new application user list information.

You should only modify your user lists when the access review status is In setup. You can change the access review status back to Setup if necessary on the access review Details tab. See Setting access review status for more information.

Warning

Re-importing an application user list deletes the existing list and any associated review work that may have already been done.
