Using email tracking

This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.
The Email Tracking window is designed to display all emails that are not yet associated with a vendor. This window allows users to review, manage, and map these emails as needed.
Key features include:
Organization-specific email for forwarding - The initial email tracking page displays your organization's specific email address. Forward your vendor emails to this address to track them in Hyperproof TPRM and associate them with vendors in your catalog.
Non-associated Email List - Displays a chronological list of emails that are not linked to any vendor. Each entry shows:
Sender's name and email address
Subject line
Timestamp
Email details side panel - Clicking on an email opens the side panel with the following information:
To, CC, BCC - Lists the recipients of the email.
Subject - Displays the subject of the email.
Email body - Shows the full content of the email.
Date and time - Indicates when the email was sent or forwarded.
Attachments - Displays any files included in the email.
Map emails with vendor dropdown
A searchable dropdown that allows users to associate the selected email with a vendor from the catalog.
After selecting a vendor, the email is automatically removed from the Settings > Email Tracking window and moved to the vendor’s Track Email window.
Viewing non-associated emails
From the menu, select Settings.
Select Email Tracking.
A list of emails displays.

If you haven't forwarded any vendor emails to your organization-specific email address, this window is empty.
Review the list of emails that haven't been associated with a vendor.
Click an email to open a side panel and view details, including recipients, body, and attachments.
Manually mapping emails to vendors
From the menu, select Settings.
Select Email Tracking.
A list of emails displays.
Note
If you haven't forwarded any vendor emails to your organization-specific email address, this window is empty.
Click an email to open a side panel and view details, including recipients, body, and attachments.
In the side panel, click the Map with Vendor dropdown.
Search for a vendor by name or category, such as software, hardware, or product.
Select the vendor to map to the email.
Once the email is mapped to a vendor, it displays in the vendor's Track Email window.
