Adding a vendor to a catalog

This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.

A vendor represents an entry in a catalog. That vendor could also represent a supplier, or another third-party organization.

  1. From the menu, select Vendors.

  2. Select Catalog.

    The Catalog window displays.

  3. From the left menu, select the catalog where you want to add a vendor.

    The list of existing vendors for the selected catalog displays.

  4. Click + Add Vendor.

    The Add Vendor window displays.

  5. In the Vendor Name field, do one of the following:

    • Select an existing vendor by typing the first few letters of the vendor's name and then selecting it from the list.

    • Type the name of the new vendor and click Create.

  6. In the Website URL field, enter the URL of the vendor's website in the format https://www.vendorwebsite.com. This field is optional.

  7. Click Add.
