Hyperproof global AI search
As organizations grow and their compliance programs expand, so does the volume of data inside Hyperproof. Hyperproof’s global AI search is a semantic search designed to make every piece of compliance data instantly discoverable. For an overview of Hyperproof AI options, see Hyperproof AI overview.
Global search allows you to move seamlessly across programs, proof, and controls—without having to memorize navigation paths or spend time digging through multiple modules. Use global search for:
Cross-Module navigation - Find the specific record you need across all modules without having to know where those records are stored. Results are clearly labeled and grouped by type, so you know exactly what records are listed.
Content discovery - Search across everything in Hyperproof with natural language queries. Instead of searching through individual modules, simply type what you need, such as “Find assessments about data retention”.

Who can search for these items?
Search results respect Hyperproof’s existing roles and permissions model. This means that users can only see items in the search results that they can access via the Hyperproof user interface.
How often does the search data update if I edit or add items to Hyperproof?
Changes to the content within your organization will be reflected in the search results within 5 minutes of the change.
How are search results determined?
Hyperproof’s global search is a semantic search tool. Results are based on vector-matching and then scored based on the strength of the match, according to our system. We prioritize the best match based on the intent of the query, not just keyword overlap.
Can I use operators in my searches?
