Workflows - Form component

This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.
The form component dynamically loads a form based on the template selected in the component configuration. Users interact with the form by responding to predefined fields. The component does not allow users to create or customize forms; instead, it ensures that forms adhere to the preconfigured template settings. See Configuring workflow components and Configuring a form.
Key features include:
Form - Users respond to the form by filling out the preconfigured fields. Conditional fields are displayed or hidden based on user input.
Publicly accessible forms
Public access - If this option is toggled on in the form configuration, the form can be shared with external users
External collaboration - External users receive an email containing a public link to the form, allowing them to submit responses directly. Their responses are visible to internal users in real-time.
Collaborative responses - If Allow Multiple Responses is enabled, users can collaborate by adding multiple responses or inviting teammates to contribute.
Sidebar progress tracking - A sidebar displays a list of all form questions that are marked as completed. The completed status is indicated by a checkbox, allowing users to easily track their progress.
Other navigation
Save - Saves the current progress of the form. Users can revisit the form later to complete their entries.
Next - Validates all fields, saves the form, and navigates to the next workflow component.
