Add questions manually to a Risk AI questionnaire

When configuring a Risk AI questionnaire, you have the option of entering questions manually or using the Import Controls option to import questions from predefined Risk AI templates. Adding questions manually provides the flexibility to customize your questionnaire. This option allows you to
Add custom sections and questions to tailor the questionnaire to specific risk assessment needs.
Define questions based on unique requirements that may not be covered by the Risk AI Templates.
From the menu, select Settings.
Select Questionnaires.
The Questionnaires window displays.
From the left menu, select Risk AI Questionnaires.
Click the questionnaire where you want to add questions.
Click Add Control in the section of the questionnaire where you want to add a question.
A pop-up window displays in the section.
In the first field, enter the question or comment you want to include in your questionnaire.
In the second field, provide a description or any additional information you need to include with the question. This field is optional.
Click Save.
The question is added to your questionnaire.
