Editing a risk assessment survey outside of Hyperproof
Surveys can be edited in Hyperproof or outside of Hyperproof using a CSV file. The steps below explain how to edit and import a survey outside of Hyperproof.
Note
You can export an existing survey to a CSV format for editing. See Exporting a risk assessment survey.
To edit a survey:
Open the CSV that contains your survey and do any or all of the following: change the question ID and/or question type, add or remove weight, make questions optional or required, make questions gating questions, duplicate questions, and/or delete questions.
To import the CSV into Hyperproof:
From the left menu, select Assessments.
Select the Risk Surveys tab.
Click Import.
The Import survey window opens.
Select the Update an existing survey radio button.
From the Select an existing survey drop-down menu, select the survey you edited outside of Hyperproof.
Click Next.
Drag and drop or manually upload the updated survey.
Click Import.
Click Next.
Review your content, and then click Next.
The updated survey is imported.
