Changing a role to a contact

  • Only administrators can change a role to a contact

Compliance managers and users can be changed to contacts if you no longer need them to log in to Hyperproof.

  1. From the left menu, select Settings.

  2. Select People.

  3. Locate the user you want to change to a contact, and then click Deactivate.

    The Deactivate window opens.

  4. Click Deactivate.

  5. At the top of the page, click Deactivated.

  6. Locate the user you just deactivated, and then click Reactivate.

    The user is now a contact.

  7. At the top of the page, click Active. The word Contact appears in the Status column next to the user's name and email address.
