Exporting policies
Roles and permissions
The following roles can export policies:
Administrators with manager or contributor permissions for the policy.
Compliance managers with manager or contributor permissions for the policy.
Users with manager or contributor permissions for the policy.
Using the bulk edit options on the Policies page, you can select one or more policies and export the effective version. The exported documents are grouped into a single zip file and sent to your default download location in a zip file. Hyperproof sends a notification informing you that your Policy documents are ready for download.
Note
You must be a member of all of the selected policies, or the export fails, and no policy documents are exported.
To export effective policy documents:
From the left menu, select Policies.
Select one or more policies to export the effective version for each one.
Click Export.
Hyperproof creates a zip file containing the documents for the effective version of the selected policies. The name of the file is Hyperproof-<datetime>.zip in UTC time.
Check your default download location for the zip file or your notifications for a download button.
