Use case for contacts

Evidence collection is the main use case for adding a contact to Hyperproof. If a member of your organization is responsible for providing proof to satisfy a control, for example, but they primarily work outside of Hyperproof and have no other responsibility in regards to your compliance program, it’s recommended to add them as a contact.
