Hyperproof backups

Hyperproof strives to keep services up and running; however, all SaaS companies suffer occasional disruptions and outages. The Hyperproof standard service agreement details our service level agreement (SLA) and your remedies if we do not meet your SLA.

Our recovery time objective (RTO) for a complete data center outage is 12 hours. Our recovery point objective (RPO) is 15 minutes.

Hyperproof maintains and regularly updates disaster recovery procedures. The Hyperproof Engineering Team conducts a disaster recovery drill at least annually to test our recovery processes and procedures.

  • Customer-uploaded evidence or proof is geo-replicated as it is written providing a continuous backup.

  • Deleted proof files are saved in a deleted state for 30 days.

  • Full backups are done once a day and are stored for 30 days.

  • Transaction log backups are done at least every 15 minutes, but typically more frequently.
