Archiving and unarchiving a risk assessment survey
Roles and permissions
The following roles can archive and/or unarchive a survey:
Anyone who is a manager on the survey
Archiving a survey removes it from view, but doesn’t completely remove it from Hyperproof. This is helpful should you need to access an archived survey in the future.
Archiving a survey
The steps below explain how to archive a survey.
From the left menu, select Assessments.
Select the Risk surveys tab.
Select the survey you want to archive.
In the right pane, click the Archive icon.
The Archive survey window opens.
Click Archive this survey.
The survey is archived.
Unarchiving a survey
The steps below explain how to unarchive a survey.
From the left menu, select Assessments.
Scroll to the bottom of the surveys list, then click Show archived.
Select the survey you want to unarchive.
In the right pane, click Unarchive.
The survey is unarchived and moved back into the surveys list.
