Assigning Microsoft Entra ID users and groups for SCIM provisioning

You must be logged in to Microsoft Entra using one of the following roles: Application Administrator, Cloud Application Administrator, or Global Administrator.

Assigning Microsoft Entra ID users to Hyperproof roles

Tip

Organize users into Microsoft Entra ID groups, such as Hyperproof Compliance Managers or Hyperproof Users, and assign roles at the group level for easier management.

  1. Sign in to the Microsoft Entra Admin Center.

  2. Select Enterprise Apps.

  3. Select the Hyperproof Application.

  4. Click + Add user/group.

  5. Under Users click None Selected and choose users.

  6. Under Select a role, choose the appropriate Hyperproof role.

  7. Click Select , then Assign.

Assigning Microsoft Entra ID groups to Hyperproof roles

  1. Sign in to the Microsoft Entra Admin Center.

  2. Select Enterprise Apps.

  3. Select the Hyperproof Application.

  4. Select Users and groups.

  5. Click + Add user/group.

  6. Under Groups select the groups to provision.

  7. Under Select a role, choose a default role for group members.

  8. Click Select , then Assign.

Note

Only direct group members are provisioned. Nested groups are not supported.
