Forms

This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.

Forms are used to collect and standardize information from vendors to identify, assess, and monitor risks associated with third-party relationships. They serve as the foundation for understanding a vendor's security posture, compliance, and overall risk profile by capturing key data points. For more information about forms, watch the following video:

Accessing forms

  1. From the menu, select Settings.

  2. Select Forms.

    A list of existing forms displays.

  3. Use the Search field to locate a specific form by name.

  4. Use the Add New button to create a new form.

  5. Hover over a form and select Delete form from the ... (More) menu to remove a form.
