Configuring SCIM in Hyperproof
Roles and permissions
The following roles can configure SCIM:
Administrators
If you plan to use SCIM to provision users in Hyperproof, enable SCIM in your Hyperproof organization under Settings.
SSO must be enabled and configured first. Hyperproof supports SCIM using Okta SSO. Depending on where your organization is hosted, see one of the following for instructions on enabling Okta SSO:
Hyperproof Gov - Enabling single sign-on with Okta in Hyperproof Gov
All other instances - Enabling single sign-on with Okta
To configure Hyperproof for SCIM provisioning:
From the left menu, select Settings.
Select Authentication.
Toggle on the Provisioning option.
The Provisioning window displays. Hyperproof generates a SCIM Endpoint URL and Bearer Token.
Note
You can create a second token used to rotate the token that is currently in use. Click +New token to add the second token.
Copy and save the SCIM Endpoint URL and Bearer Token. You will need them later when configuring your SSO platform, such as Okta.
Click Save.
