Viewing a policy document
Roles and permissions
The following roles can view a policy document in a version:
Administrators who are members of the policy
Compliance managers who are members of the policy
Users who are members of the policy
A policy version is the main component of a Hyperproof policy. Other components include proof files to provide evidence that the policy has been approved, read, and signed, and approval information.
Note
You can only view policy documents, if the document file type is supported by Hyperproof. See Viewing proof for a list of file types supported by the Hyperproof viewer.
To view a policy version:
From the left menu, select Policies.
Select a policy.
Select the Versions tab.
Select a version from the drop-down in the Version field.
The policy document associated with the selected version displays.
In addition to the policy document, you can view the associated file properties in the Source file section of the window. Some of these fields are not editable.
