HiBob proof types and permissions

When you configure a Hypersync for HiBob on a control or label, you can automatically collect the following proof types:

Note
This Hypersync supports SFTP connections. For ease of use, Hyperproof recommends using the API connection instead. If you would like to use the SFTP connection option, refer to the HRIS Authentication guides for connection information.
To connect to HiBob and collect proof, your HiBob configuration must meet the following requirements.
You must be a HiBob administrator.
Service Account User ID and Service Account Token - To generate the ID and Token and configure HiBob for access, see HiBob - How do I link my account?.
Note
Hyperproof connects to many third-party systems that frequently change, including the system interface. Contact your System Administrator or the third-party provider for assistance in meeting the requirements to integrate with Hyperproof and collect the proof you need.
Connection configuration
When you configure a Hypersync for HiBob the first time, you must provide the following information:
Account data - Product or sandbox data
User ID - Service Account User ID
Token - Service Account Token
The first time you run this Hypersync, it may take up to 24 hours to load all employee data.
Note
You only need to connect Hyperproof to the app once, and then you can create as many Hypersyncs as you need.
Additionally, you can create multiple Hypersyncs for a single control or label.
