Risk register - Adding risks

This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.
After a vendor has completed a Risk AI questionnaire by uploading relevant documents and the Risk AI analysis has run, you can review the results and add risks from the completed questionnaire.
To access the completed questionnaire:
From the menu, select Projects.
The list of projects displays.
Select the project containing the questionnaire and response you want to review.
The project window displays the list of questions and the corresponding analysis by the Risk AI.
For each question and response in the questionnaire, you have the following risk options:
Add to Risk Register - Use this option to add risks for the specific question you are reviewing.
Associated risks - Use this option to view all risks added for the question you are reviewing.
