Saving and publishing a workflow

Note

This option pertains to the Hyperproof TPRM product line.

  1. From the menu, select Settings.

  2. Select Workflow Builder.

    The list of workflows displays.

  3. Click the workflow you want to save and publish.

    The Workflow builder displays.

  4. Click Save Draft to save the workflow without publishing it. This allows you to continue editing the workflow if necessary.

  5. After validating your workflow, click Finish to publish it. Published workflows become active and can be used within the system.

After publishing, you must associate the workflow with a project type to start a project using that workflow.

The Manage Project Types window displays.

  6. Assign the workflow to a project type or create a new project type for the workflow.
