SPRS statuses
Program requirements in Hyperproof have a status that indicates the degree to which controls have been identified. When using SPRS scoring, the status for a requirement determines when points are awarded towards your SPRS score. Requirement statuses used for SPRS scoring are mapped internally to Hyperproof requirement statuses, allowing both sets of statuses to display on the program dashboard to easily compare progress between programs. For more information on scoring, see Understanding the SPRS score calculation.
SPRS statuses are included on the requirements detail tab, the requirements grid view in the status column and in the export, on the program dashboard, and in the program export files. Statuses include:
SPRS status | Hyperproof status |
---|---|
Not Implemented | Not started |
Partially implemented | In Progress |
Implemented | Completed |
Not applicable | Not applicable |
When you add a program based on the NIST 800-171 or the CMMC 2.0 Level 2 and 3 frameworks, if you include or import controls, all of the requirement statuses are set to Partially implemented initially. The existence of the controls indicates that you have started the implementation process and your SPRS score on the program dashboard reflects any partial scores that are supported.
Considerations
In some areas of the product, the Hyperproof status names display instead of the SPRS status names.
