Changing Hypersync connections
This is possible when you have two or more connections with different login credentials on a particular control or label, e.g. two separate Azure connections, each with different login credentials, linked to a control.
Use case
Changing connections is most commonly used when an organization needs to merge connections.
For example, Luna and Bree each have their own connection to AWS. They’ve decided that they no longer need both connections and opt to share the connection Luna created. This means that all of the Hypersyncs using Bree's connection need to be changed.
To change connections:
Select the control or label with the linked Hypersync.
Select the Automations tab.
Mouse over the Hypersync, click ... (Menu), and then click Change Connection.
