Unarchiving requests
Roles and permissions
The following roles can unarchive requests:
Administrators
Compliance managers with manager permissions
Users with manager permissions
Archived requests can be unarchived to restore them to view on audits and the Work items page. For information on archiving, see Archiving requests.
Bulk unarchiving requests
Multiple requests can be unarchived at once when they are displayed in grid view.
From the left menu, select Audits or Assessments.
Select your audit or assessment.
Select the Requests tab.
Select the Grid view icon if the requests are displayed in card view.
Scroll to the end of the requests list, then click Show archived.
Select the checkboxes next to the requests you want to unarchive.
Click Unarchive.
The requests are unarchived and moved back into the requests list. Tasks and issues on the request are visible again on the Work items page.
Unarchiving from request details
An archived request can be unarchived directly from the details panel on the request.
From the left menu, select Audits or Assessments.
Select your audit or assessment.
Select the Requests tab.
Select the Grid view icon if the requests are displayed in card view.
Scroll to the end of the requests list, then click Show archived.
The list of archived requests is displayed.
Select the archived request to show the details panel.
Click Unarchive.
The request is unarchived and moved back into the requests list. Tasks and issues on the request are visible again on the Work items page.
