While there is no direct way to copy requests from an assessment into an audit, you can export the assessment requests and import them into your audit. The imported requests are treated as new requests in Hyperproof.
Roles and permissions
The following roles can export assessment requests:
Administrators
Compliance managers with manager permissions for the assessment.
Users with manager permissions for the assessment.
From the left menu, select Assessments.
Open the assessment containing the requests you want to copy.
Select Requests.
Select the requests you want to export by marking the checkbox next to each one.
Click Export and select Export requests (CSV).
Locate the file containing the exported requests in your default downloads location.
Open the file with a text editor, such as NotePad.
Remove the request ID for each request and save the file.
Note
Don't remove the comma following the request ID. The comma is required.
Roles and permissions
The following roles can import requests into an audit:
Administrators
Compliance managers
Users who are members of an audit
External auditors who are members of an audit
From the left menu, select Audits.
Open the audit where you want to import assessment requests.
Select Requests.
Click Import.
The Import requests window displays.
Drag and drop the CSV file into the Upload CSV File field, or click Select file to upload to upload it manually.
Click Import.
Hyperproof checks the CSV to ensure that there are no errors. You’ll be alerted if Hyperproof encounters any errors.
If Hyperproof didn’t detect any errors, click Next. If Hyperproof detected errors, do one or both of the following:
First, use the Error viewer to identify the errors. Second, correct the errors directly in the CSV. This ensures that the CSV is up-to-date should you need to re-import in the future.
Remove rows that contain errors by clicking Remove all rows with errors. Note that this doesn't remove any data in the actual CSV.
Click Next.
The CSV is imported.
