Filtering work items

Filtering work items allows you to display only the work items that you need.

Filtering is dependent on your object-level role. The Hyperproof filtering capability does not support filtering out work items for which you lack permission to change the status. For example, a user who is a manager on one request can change its status, but cannot do so on another request where they’re only an auditor—even though both appear in their work items list. There is no way to filter only the requests they have permission to update. While users can filter by audit, they’ll get an 'access denied' error when attempting a bulk status change if they lack sufficient permissions on even one request within that audit.

Tip

Currently, Hyperproof does not support a "save filter" option. However, the filter retains the last configuration until it is manually changed.

  1. From the left menu, select Work items.

  2. Select the relevant work item tab, i.e. Tasks, Repeating tasks, Requests, Evaluations, or Issues.
