Adding an application user list
Roles and permissions
The following roles can add an application user list for an access review:
Administrators with manager permissions for the access review
Compliance managers with manager permissions for the access review
Users with manager permissions for the access review
Add an access list to Hyperproof for any application that requires an access review. Applications that need review might include anything with individual user accounts, such as systems, databases, and data warehouses. Access lists are added to Hyperproof by importing user records for each application using a CSV file or a Hypersync to retrieve the data from a supported app.
If you have added an employee directory, Hyperproof matches user records with the employee records in the directory to provide additional data on individual user records when conducting the access review. Adding an application user list generates a table of users where you can record results as you review and update each user's access to an application.
To import an application user list from a file, it must be in CSV format. See Importing a list of application users from a CSV file.
To import an application user list using a Hypersync, the source application must be one of the supported applications. See Importing a list of application users with a Hypersync.
To import an application list from an identity provider using a Hypersync, the identity provider must be one of the supported identity providers. See Importing a list of application users from an Identity Provider (IdP).
