Sending a vendor a questionnaire reminder

Roles and permissions

The following roles can send a questionnaire reminder to a vendor:

  • Administrators who are members of the Vendor Register

  • Compliance managers who are members of the Vendor Register

  • Users who are members of the Vendor Register

When you send a reminder to a vendor respondent, it's recorded in the Activity Feed.

  1. From the left menu, select Vendors.

  2. Select the Questionnaires tab.

  3. Select your questionnaire.

  4. In the right pane, scroll to the Responses section.

  5. Locate the vendor respondent to whom you want to send the reminder, and then click Remind.

    An email is sent to the respondent reminding them to fill out the questionnaire. Reminders can be sent every 3 days and the respondent receives an email each time you send them a reminder.

    Alternatively, you can send a reminder from the Vendors tab. Locate the vendor, and then from the right pane, locate the questionnaire. Click Remind.
